Dr. Mili Bass opened Village Veterinary Clinic in 1982, with her parents Vi and Earlie Cooper working in the new practice as receptionist, yardman, assistant, and “go-fer”. As a family affair, the practice grew; Drs. Mays and Lively joined the Village family, and the rest, as they say, is history.
